Position Overview: We are in search of an organized and dynamic Admin Staff to strengthen our team. This pivotal role involves managing the administrative and logistical operations to ensure efficiency and the smooth execution of projects. The ideal candidate will possess problem-solving skills, excellent communication abilities, and experience in the construction or concrete manufacturing industry, thriving under pressure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage office paperwork, including filing, documentation, and record-keeping.

  • Oversee logistics booking and coordination for materials and project deployments.

  • Monitor ongoing and upcoming projects, ensuring timelines and objectives are achieved.

  • Handle financial tasks such as tax preparation, payroll, and receipt creation.

  • Proficient use of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Microsoft Excel; familiarity with ClickUp and/or Odoo is beneficial.

  • Exhibit strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.

  • Source materials and negotiate with suppliers.

  • Provide daily reports and take notes during meetings.

  • Assist in project planning and scheduling.

  • Make sales calls, with commissions offered for every closed project.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in an administrative or logistical role, preferably within the construction or concrete manufacturing sector.

  • Strong computer skills, especially in Microsoft Office; familiarity with ClickUp and/or Odoo is a plus.

  • Familiarity with using AI technologies is advantageous but not required.

  • Exceptional organizational and problem-solving capabilities.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

  • Experience in material sourcing and supplier negotiations.

  • A proactive approach to project management and planning.
